J. Robert A. Bell, Owner, P.L.S. recieved a B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley. Since becoming a Professional Land Surveyor in 1982 (L.S. 5080) , Mr. Bell has supervised and performed a wide variety of surveying tasks on mid-to-large scale engineering projects throughout Northern California. Mr. Bell's projects include Parcel and Subdivision Maps, A.L.T.A. Surveys, Boundary Resolutions and Deed Analyses, Topographic Mapping through ground and photogrammetric methods, Construction layout and control, and Precise control surveys.

Joseph R. Sullivan, P.L.S. has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Surveying Engineering from California State University, Fresno. He has been with Albion since graduating in 2000. Joe worked in the construction industry for 10 years before going back to school to pursue an engineering degree. Joe became licensed as a Professional Surveyor in California in 2004 (L.S. 7990)
